Thank you for choosing 7th Arena! While we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase, we are happy to help if you aren't completely satisfied.
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, merchandise must be in its original, pristine state: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items returned that are not in their original state or packaging will be declined and the products sent back to the customer.
All sale items, gift boxes and items in our accessories category are non-returnable, and for previous store credits(Once a store credit has been applied to an order, that transaction is considered final).
How to Process Your Return:
To start the process, complete our contact form found on our home page main menu; please include your order number and reason for the return.
Return Postage: The cost of shipping items back to us is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for our return mailing address.
Replacement Shipping: If an item replacement is issued, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item back to you.
We do not provide cash refunds or direct exchanges. Upon receiving your parcel, our team will inspect the items. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or decline of your request. Approved returns will be issued store credit via email shortly thereafter.
