We prepare and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, processing times may increase during sales and peak shopping periods . We process shipments Monday through Friday. To accurately estimate your delivery date, please add this processing window to the delivery timeframe shown on your selected shipping at checkout.

2. Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Canada: 2–7 business days

USA: 5-10 business days

Please note: All delivery times are estimates. External factors such as carrier volume, customs clearance, or peak seasons may impact these timelines.

3. Delays & Delivery Issues
Once a package is sent off, the selected shipping carrier assumes full responsibility for its delivery. 7th Arena is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs hold-ups, or incorrect address details.

In the event of a lost package, please contact the carrier directly to open an inquiry. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but your order is missing, also reach out to the carrier directly or contact us at info@7tharena.com.

4. International Duties & Fees
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes not included in the shipping rates, these are the responsibility of the buyer.
